If you would like to refer someone for help, you can do so using the online form below. We can be quite flexible in the help we give, although the maximum per person is £100 (or £120 if it is for a single specific item).

Important notice

Please note that as from 1st September 2019 we are unable to process new requests and referrals in the usual way until further notice. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our key volunteers has to step away and we are therefore unable to respond as we would like. We are looking at new and innovative ways of helping, but his may mean that those referred will be asked to help us so that we can help them! We need volunteers for fundraising as well as for developing our support services, such as our Household FuelBank and our FoodShare. We may only be able to offer support to those who can help us with a few hours of their time. If you are happy for us to get in touch with you / them to discuss ways in which they may be able to help us, and in return what support we can offer them, them please fill in the form below.
