FuelBank
Across Wales, 23% of households are struggling with fuel poverty. Some are in crisis, and are finding themselves without heating or lighting. Often these families are having to make the decision between heating and eating. Whilst local food banks can help provide food, we are looking to come alongside them to provide vouchers for fuel, […]

Food Banks rely mostly on donations of food and are run by volunteers. However, there are financial costs (covering travel costs / car fuel), premises (including utilities – electricity, telephone) and certain food items that need to be purchased when they are not available.

ARC Communities
Here at ARC Communities, based in North Wales, our primary function is to provide open access drop-in services for people who are homeless or suffer with serious substance misuse. We seek to inspire, motivate and care for people living in chaos or crisis, without prejudice or discrimination, supporting them back into stability and independent living within their communities by embracing them as unique, necessary and totally worthwhile members of society.

Food Bank Co-Ordinator
Conwy Foodbank supports people struggling with food poverty and hunger in the the Conwy county. It is run by dedicated co-ordinator, Tony, but the funding for his post has sadly ended. We need to continue to provide this service, and need your help and support in order to do so. Thank You!

Office Printer
We need a printer! In order to provide a service for a number of local community groups, projects, organisations and charities, we need a quality printer. Print costs – particularly for low volume printing – is prohibitively expensive for small groups and charities, and we are aiming to provide a solution.

Microwave Mission
Imagine being homeless … imagine being given temporary accommodation – at last, a place to stay, where you can sleep and eat …
… but wait – it’s only a bedroom!
How do you eat?

DARE Snowdonia Challenge
Reportedly, the longest running recovery group in North Wales, DARE exists primarily for Drug & Alcohol Recovery Expeditions, helping everyone in recovery (and those who support others in recovery) from any of life’s hurts, habits and hangups, by taking them out onto the hills and mountains of North Wales (and further afield occasionally) and giving them a purpose and a hope for the future.
To raise money for our work, we are taking part in the Snowdonia Challenge – a 100K walk over 3 days.

The Money Course
Help us bring The Money Course to up to 24 people.
The Money Course helps people who are struggling with money – whether it is poverty of any degree, difficulty making ends meet, debt, difficulty saving, and many other issues. We have adopted a tried and tested course, and hope to deliver it to up to 24 people over a four week period.
